Since her entry into Real Estate in 2001, she has been a strong advocate for comprehensive education in the field of real estate. Jennifer insists that a true professional is one that knows the industry inside and out. Throughout the years, she has conducted her business in an educated, professional manner, both with clients and fellow real estate associates. When working with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in North Kingstown, she participated in Home Buyer Seminars at American Power Conversion in South Kingstown, helping to educate APC employees on the intricacies of buying real estate in Rhode Island. In 2006, she was hired by Prudential Gammons Realty to be a Manager for their Exeter office and Trainer for the entire company. During her years there, she conducted many separate 10-week training series for new and experienced agents, a program which included one-on-one coaching and sales meetings. To this day, agents still come up to her to thank her for what they learned. Says team member Margo Veasey, "Jenn attended two national training and informational conferences for Prudential, one in San Diego and one in Las Vegas, as well as becoming certified in the Prudential Management Institutional Courses. Jennifer gained a lot of experience and education, which she then used and shared in her own training classes. We all benefited from that because of her wonderful way of passing along information and knowledge". In July of 2010, she opened her own brokerage, where she conducted first-time home buyer seminars for the general public. These seminars detail the process of purchasing a home in today's market. Jennifer and is a dedicated supporter of many local charity events and brings an event planners mind set to all of her volunteer activities. Over the past several years, many REALTORS have attended her annual Halloween Bash, a huge party that has benefited charities as varied as the American Heart Association, Cancer Society and local Pathways Strategic Training Center. She has been both a sponsor and participant in the Matty Fund 5K Run for Epilepsy. She cooks and serves meals once a month at the Providence Ronald McDonald House, a home away from home for parents of children undergoing cancer treatment at Hasbro Childrens Hospital. The families are most appreciative of her support and her original meals with themes like Barbecue and Comfort Food. Jennifer always comes through for the Association whenever asked to take leadership on a committee or a project. She was founding Chair of the Membership Committee in 2007 and for the next two years, under her leadership, the committee put out a comprehensive membership survey and initiated a series of panel discussions and the New Member Meet n Greet sessions, in which new Association members meet with the Association leadership in an informal setting. Under Jennifer's leadership as Chair of the RPAC Committee in 2010, the Kent Washington Association exceeded its annual fundraising goal through such activities as a live auction and the RPAC Volleyball League, a very successful series in 2010 and which continues to raise RPAC funds in a friendly competition on Thursday nights. She has Chaired a Sub-committee that planned a 5K Charity Walk/Run in September 2011 & 2012. Jennifer was a Director for Statewide MLS, the Programs Committee Chair and served in 2010 on the RIAR RPAC Committee. She has attended and supported REALTOR Day on the Hill. Jennifer attended the 2008 NAR Convention in Orlando, Florida. In 2002, Jenn earned the Rookie of the Year Award from Coldwell Banker Residential In 2011, Jennifer was honored at the REALTOR of the Year for the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS. In 2012, Jennifer became the Team Leader for the Newport Keller Williams office which included the Bristol, East Bay location. In the 7 years Jennifer lead the office to #1 market share and grew the office from 72 agents to over 130 in 2018. In January, Jennifer welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Evangeline Rose and expanded her business by getting back in the sales of real estate and becoming the operating principle of Keller Williams Central RI office. Jennifer is passionate about helping others which includes clients and associates.
